Server Rules
Please read these rules carefully before playing on Mystic Gens. We keep the server cozy, fair and welcoming for everyone. Breaking the rules can result in mutes, bans or other punishments.
1. General Conduct
Mystic Gens is meant to be a friendly place. Treat other players and staff with respect, even when you disagree or lose a fight.
- No harassment, hate speech, slurs or targeted bullying.
- No doxxing, sharing personal information or threatening behaviour.
- Respect staff decisions. You may appeal, but do not argue endlessly in public chats.
- Use common sense. If you have to ask “is this allowed?”, it probably isn’t.
Zero tolerance topics
Discrimination, self-harm encouragement and extreme NSFW content are strictly forbidden and usually lead to long or permanent bans across all Mystic Gens platforms.
2. Chat & Communication
Keep global chat readable and welcoming. You can joke around, but don’t push it into toxicity.
Allowed (in moderation)
- Light banter and friendly competition.
- Short conversations in English or Dutch.
- Trading messages, island recruitment and event talk.
Not allowed
- Spam (repeating messages, flooding, macro-spam).
- Advertising other servers, Discords or communities.
- NSFW content, shock links, or extremely offensive jokes.

3. Islands, Griefing & Team Play
Your island is your main base, but collaboration is strongly encouraged. Be careful who you trust, and don’t join just to ruin someone else’s progress.
- Joining an island to steal, grief or sabotage is not allowed.
- Island owners are responsible for who they invite.
- Scamming real money or store purchases is strictly forbidden.
- In-game item trading scams may still be punishable depending on severity.
Tips to stay safe
- Only invite people you relatively trust or know from Discord.
- Do not give full build/break permissions to random recruits.
- Take screenshots of high-value trades as proof in case of issues.
4. PvP, Traps & Exploits
PvP and traps are part of the game in allowed zones, but abusing bugs or creating impossible-to-escape traps is not okay.
- No use of hacked clients, autoclickers, macros or unfair modifications.
- No glitching into protected areas or bypassing region borders.
- No unescapable traps that exist purely to troll new players.
- Respect safe zones and staff-made PvP arenas.
Cheating & client modifications
Any client that gives you a mechanical advantage (kill aura, reach, auto-farm, etc.) is considered cheating. These usually result in an instant ban without warning.
5. Economy, AFK & Generators
The economy is a big part of Mystic Gens. Keep it fair and avoid automation methods that break the spirit of the server.
Generally allowed
- AFK at your own island using in-game mechanics.
- Using vanilla redstone farms within server limits.
- Boosters and perks obtained through ranks or crates.
Not allowed
- AFK-pools that bypass AFK detection systems.
- Scripted automation or bots that act as a player.
- Duplication glitches or abusing broken generators.
6. Punishments & Appeals
Staff will always try to be fair, but we also protect the server and its community. Punishments are based on context, history and severity.
- Punishments can range from warnings to permanent bans.
- Repeat offences almost always lead to harsher punishments.
- Staff have the right to act on behaviour not explicitly listed here.
Appealing a punishment
- Appeals are handled through our Discord.
- Be honest and respectful when explaining your side.
- “I didn’t know the rules” is not a valid excuse.
When to contact staff
- If you encounter dupes or serious bugs – report privately.
- If you feel harassed or unsafe because of another player.
- If a staff member abuses their powers (rare, but important).
